Terms and Conditions

1. 50% deposit is required after confirming yor order. Balance payment upon delivery. (This is to prevent irresponsible / dead buyers)
2. Payment mode is only via Cash or POSB Bank/ATM transfers.
3. No cancellation of orders once payment has been made. Otherwise payment will be deemed as forfeited.
4. No refunds once payment has been made.
5. Free delivery of art pieces only applies in Singapore. Delivery charges apply for overseas shipment.
6. A 14 to 20 work days is required for the painting to be completed before delivery.
7. As all art pieces are hand-painted, paintings might differ from the sample shown.
8. Customers who have place an order with Asia Arts Singapore will be deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions.
9. Asia Arts Singapore deserve the rights to make changes to our site regardless of pricing or Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
